Some of the beautiful moss that we saw during our hike	David enjoyed chasing the llamas and alpacas.	They ran away quickly...	We had great views of these glaciers that sit high on the top of this mountain
This is called a "century plant" because it blooms only once every hundred years. This one was blooming!	A typical Quichuan home. There are two large piles of potatoes in the yard.	These small huts are built to store the potatoes and protect them from the rain.	A view of the valley, with homes and potato fields visible below.
Another typical home, this one complete with its own cows.	Here we are hiking down into the valley, toward the community of Tastayoc.		This bridge, built of wood, sticks and mud, made us more than a little nervous...
